1/2 cup 2% or full fat greek yogurt
1 small cucumber
1/2 garlic clove
1 lemon, juiced
1/8 tsp cumin, ground
chopped herbs- dill, mint, parsley, cilantro- whichever you prefer!
1. Grate 1/2-1 garlic clove (depending how much you love garlic) and 1 small cucumber (1/4 cup puree) into yogurt.
2. Add remaining ingredients- adjust to taste.
