Tahini Sauce

 
 

Ingredients:

1/3 cup tahini

1 lemon, juiced

1/4 cup water

1/4 tsp salt




 
 

Method:

1. Add lemon juice to tahini, stir vigorously until tightened

2. Add splash water, mix. Repeat.

3. Salt to taste, mix until desired consistency (add water slow- add more for thinner sauce)
